On February 20 th, IBG Group brought together the main executives of the different companies of the Group for the IBG Meeting 2020. The event took place in Portugal, in the city of Braga, at Hotel Meliã. It brought together around a hundred staff from the Group from different areas of activity and geographies with the presence of employees from Portugal, Mozambique, Angola, Ghana, France, United Kingdom.
This was an opportunity to reflect on the path and growth made to date and on some fundamental themes in the Group’s strategy such as innovation (a panel led by Professor Paulo Sampaio from the University of Minho) and the construction of the Group’s culture with place also for teambuilding activities and a motivational session.
These meetings allow the sharing of experiences and the reinforcement of technical skills, but also moments, equally important, of team building and approximation of employees.
